Experience
Since 1985 I have worked with
community and church groups as well as corporate
and government organisations, facilitating
meetings and mediating disputes of many kinds.
Through this work, I have developed special
expertise in consensus building processes.
I am
accredited as a mediator under the
National Mediation Accreditation scheme by the
Resolution Institute. I have studied negotiation,
mediation and consensus-building at the
world-leading Harvard Program on Negotiation. A
full list of courses I have attended appears below.
For the last 10 years I have
worked as a corporate trainer and consultant
specialising in these areas, and before that I
spent 6 years as a solicitor and legal academic. I
regularly teach basic and

deliver training workshops
on all aspects of conflict management and
communication in conjunction with CMA Learning Group.
